Hi all,

I have 2 routers that i want to connect like this, except that it could have 2 subnets.


The secondary ( ap in client mode) is a WAG354G with the one and only firmware that supports client mode, the http://www.webalice.it/markvd/openwrt/

I've done everything like this page http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Client_Mode
Except that i've made the changes on the network and wireless files on etc/config/.
One thing that bothers me ( in the tutorial ) is that i have made changes on route table of the primary but not on the second, is this right?!?
I could see that my primary router gives an ip to the secondary, but i cant connect/ping.
Either from the primary to secondary and from the secondary to primary.

Could someone please explain me how can i make what i need?
Have i used the right tutorial?

Problem solved.

What was missing me was to disable of firewall and create a route in the client.

But now i have another problem, after a reboot i can ping http://www.google.com for about 30s ( aprox ) then the router colapses.

Does anyone have a clue what it could be?

You have to make fresh build with lastest wifi driver (I can send you image for WAG354V1 version if you need it)
