hello there can anyone provide me some info on the subject since when i run the original firmware it works but whit neptune it doesnt so it must be a few tweaks...
i also tried models whit syslog since the neptune also runs syslog but still doesn't work whit the application.. any help will be appreciated thanks

It looks like wallwatcher wants SNMP enabled and neptune appears to fail to start the snmp daemon at boot time. If you have set up a startup script just add snmpd to it.

Is this the only way to get wall watcher working couldn't seem to get it running when I logged in via telnet and ran snmpd on it's own does it have to be in the scripts for it to work ?

You don't have to start it from a script but IIRC neptune does fix a bug which used to cause snmpd to accept logins with the community name public even if that name wasn't configured.
